Please go through the manual. resetting the CMOS setting will solve your problem. Its better you consult with machine manufacturer if problem is not solved.

Don't know which year 's machine you got, the touch screen monitor came with a computer control card. I think you have no choice and to go with Universal.

Manually move the beam away from the limits with the power down. Be sure the beam is parallel (marks to help with this are on the Y-axis lead screw covers near the machine front) and then power up again. Good luck.

if george idea doesn't solve ur problem then it must either be the driver or the y-axis motor itself.try swaping the driver with other machines if u can afford it . good luck.keep me posted of the developments.

Press shift and clear line. You will be asked for the password. Dependent on software version it is either geheim or mirror. After Password entry, you should be able to edit config and machine data.
