We have a 2006 MPM Accuflex that we purchased used last year. We did not get a maintenance manual with it, and MPM wants $9500 to register it before they'll send us one. Does anyone have manual they can sell me for this? it stopped initializing and

You should be able to find this in the utilities menu under calibrate machine. (If your software is the same as my Momentum) If not, give MPM service a ring. They will help you.

We solved the issue. A stencil must be clamped in the machine to allow the command. The stencil serves to hold the board level, while the pins are set. The machine is smarter than us.... :/

As I said, the intent of the "stepped" feature is to aid in paste release. Continuous is normal mode. I believe the manual explains these features in depth.

If its the same as a Momentum then no you do not need to use jigs. There is a "global offset" field that allows you to add background offsets. The glass plate jig calibration procedure only needs to be used after a major crash or if you feel the need
