Unicam has an interface that will program the dispense machine from GPD and the ouput has been validated by GPD.

Yes it is Ok and some folks ae doing it now, but unfortunatly IPA may not be the best solvent for this application. Take a small vial of the ipa and put some of your smt adhesive into it, shake it up and watch what happens, now step this up onto a l

Why not quantify the amount of time spent taping apertures every time you want to use the stencil vs. the cost of a new stencil (about $300, usually)? Look for problems that are created by the blocked aperture method - is there rework down the line t
