Has anyone looked at SPI results across different squeegee blade manufacturers ? We are running Momentums and using the MPM pro-blades. Ive been considering looking at permalex blades again to see if I can maybe squeek out some better yields.

Using MPM Momentums, I like choosing blades that allow about an inch of overhang on each side of the board. I feel it allows me to dial the squeegee pressure a bit better.

Does anyone have experience of using a stainless Fine Grain SMT stencil for the purposes of applying ink to bare PCB's? We are exploring the possibility of getting a stencil to apply a letter that reflects the revision to each of 25 PCB's in a panel.
