An expensive way is Stone Mountain Tool board cages. We tried to find a less expensive alternative but couldn't. These are the Cadillac of wash baskets.

We use BlueRing/ Stone Mountain for wave and SMT carriers. We also use a universal/ adjustable fixture from Electroprep for wave and selective solder. And we make some of our own as well.
