Yes your CP8 should place these flawlessly. I would calibrate the machine and check your nozzles. We have some CP7's and they rock. We use a .4 nozzle for the 0201's with no problem. Always check your program, feeder, nozzles, and nozzle check before

If the whole board is shifted then it must be a problem with the clamping of the fixtrue to the machine or the board to the fixture, or the fiducial reading that is incorrect. Are the fixation of the board to the fixture the same in both programs? A

Yes those verifiers seem like a good idea but they really don't work correctly. You would be better off verifying with a meter during reel changes than wasting your life on that thing. I concur that single mount will show the value.
