When I try to load a board in our MPM UP2000 HiE I get the following error "Z axis software limit". The Z axis will move up and down freely, I re-calibrated it and reprogrammed the board and the error continues. Has anyone else run into this issue an

Check/reseat all connections on axis driver card and from driver card to step motor. On older MpM's it is common to get a bad connection on the connector for axis driver power and blow components on your driver board. Reseating these connectors mig

Some software versions won't allow a brightness change with the next button. You should do a histogram test. Place a board on the worknest, then a smooth white card on top of that. Then jog the camera over the card. Raise the Z-axis to it's softwa

I got a 3000 that is acting crazy. After a print, the board is unclamped and the Z-axis lowers. It continues to lower until it trips the limit switch. It is suppposed to move in the Y-axis to line up with the tracks while lowering in the Z-axis.

Giao, These style of MPM's use stepper motors, but no feedback like an encoder or a resolver. In other words all axis positions are assumed after "Reset" of the machine. Because of this style of drive system there is the potential for the vision ga

Relay: Yes, you can drive a "DC" relay with AC. As long as the latching threshold is achieved, you can close the contacts. However, if the relay impedence is improperly selected, relay chatter can occur. I am confident MPM selected a correct rela
