We just blew a Elmo power supply board on our MyData 12E placement machine. Can anyone suggest a supplier of spare electronic parts? We are down and MyData Inc. says that this part's lead time is 2 weeks. HELP! The MyData p/n for this board is K-029-

Take a photo of the area on the board and of any other areas that look similar and/or use a IRF840 or similar large FET. Oh and post it here! sarason

Now I have to guess and make a few assumptions. Without looking at the back side of the board my guess is you have some 400-100V diode bridges before the resistor ,zener and the FET . The FET is a 500V 0.85 Rdson NFET. All of this suggests a chopper

Does the PIAB or ELMO have anything to do with the small X ? I don't see any connection in the schematics.

If the X axis is moving then maybe your Elmo is not adjusted correctly. There is a procedure to adjust it in the manual(assuming you have the original manual). The correct location is XGTS which is a white connector on the booster. The fans are 24V

thank you for your advice, the problem was in the elmo source 350V, there was a problem of dropping voltage when the engine accelerated.
