The electrical test, on those older machines, wasn't very exact. Try to expand the tolerances, 25-30% for caps and 10% for resistors, and see if that solves your problem. Also, if I remember correctly, if you go into the layout and single-place the c

Yes those verifiers seem like a good idea but they really don't work correctly. You would be better off verifying with a meter during reel changes than wasting your life on that thing. I concur that single mount will show the value.

thanks! definitly not the answer I wanted to get, but it's good to hear it. Back when we sourced the machine a few years ago I was kinda against buying it as our production scale is so small it doesn't add a ton of value, BUT the electrical verific

Hi, I can give my opinion in this topic since I worked with both machines. To say the truth, I would recommend neither machine. First of all, operating software is much quite the same for both machines. The TP9 is true that has a larger footprint ov

Thanks for the replies. I ended up finding the issue this morning while digging through the operators manaual trying to back track any issues in the package. We ended up finding that somewhere along the way either, however unlikely, the body size had

I just purchased a MyData SMT machine that requires 3 phase 208V. I have 240 single phase with a 3 phase power converter that outputs 240V 3 phase. Should I be concerned about the differences in voltages and if so how should I solve this issue.

I too would advise against converting a 3-phase machine to single phase. Eclipse is a single phase machine and not too difficult to find! It's a rugged machine and people still use them. Orion too is single phase but faster and less accurate than an

The power outside your building will certainly be 3 phase. The power to your building will almost certainly be 3 phase. Why not simply get a transformer and have 3 phase power available for the machine? It will probably be a much better option than l

Hi, When I started out and we were the same we got an old MYDATA TP9-2U. It places everything, and you should be able to get a cheap one second hand, that will perform very well. They have vision as well, as an options, and that works very well. I w
