Hi, MYDATA's are ok for lower volume, and they are very flexible. If you only have 1 or 2 trays of components and are on a tight budget, then you can even place the trays on the Y wagon behind the PCB so you can get away without the tray wagon. Al

Problem solved. Thru the help of MyData support we have determined that older MyDatas have a software issue with the servo drivers. A newer rev of driver will fix this problem.

If you are not getting repeatable transducer readings then some possiblities are : 1. Transducer is bad 2. Motor is bad 3. Y power booster Also, I can't remember if the Y motor has a flex coupling on it or not. If it does, check that out. Also, w

We are going to be moving some equipment around and our MY15 and TP11 will not fit through the door unless we take of the Y wagon. Does anyone know how to do this? If so could you please share with me.

Back when the Linear Y wagons first came out Mydata had problem with the original Y amplifier and were swapping out the complete box for customers who had problems. There was also a problem with the encoder that resulted in the same type of errors yo
