Is anyone familiar with the automatic needle calibrator #820-10 for a Camalot 1818. It looks like a simple device but when I follow the instructions to create the calibration program all I get is the needle crashing down onto the calibration button.

Pete, I started with the App engineers, they had me try a 21g needle then a 23g needle then a 25g needle. The tech's are the ones suggesting that I slow the pump down to half speed and try a 27g needle. The needles are $150 a piece.....I now have

Hi Hannu we are using the same machine and try different needles and the best one we come out and we still using it strong are the needles from EDF , check them out at http://www.efd-inc.com/ , you can ask for some samples . Shito
