I received an error on my fuji ip3 which is: "Placing head 1 nozzle has become detached." Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix this. Thanks

We have some trouble adding a IC head Nozzle to a Siemens Siplace machine. It seems like the machine don't want to recieve new MA data, coz even if we restart the line the old nozzle configuration will be used. Anyone know what we do wrong ? ________

The nozzles get centered at zero degrees and 180 degrees. I believe the yellow asterisk is the measurement at zero degrees, when it rotates to 180 is when you will get a red X or a green O. (In other words the yellow asterisk is normal) I think you

If you have Flexhead nozzles you need to be careful that whatever solvent you use does not attack the gasket adhesive. I might try a couple of drops of a spray like WD-40 or LPS. Let it soak for a few minutes and blow it out with compressed air. Repe
