You can download the full UIC nozzle library from them direct. They will also do the custom nozzle for you. you could also go out to the local CNC places etc. As for materials, depends what will work for the part in question. stainless is an option

ensure the nozzle is inserting fulling into the nozzle holder. ensure shaft is lubricated, clean between the magnetics on the shaft. complete nozzle height calibration

Throughout the years in SMT PCBA production I have seen OEM's and contract houses move away from a Double-Sided PCBA Line setup. Ex Single pass for bottom-side and then straight into duplicate equipment for top-side. The norm these days seems to be
