Just curious if anyone here has experience with a Panasert RH6 Radial Insertion machine. Ours is having some problems detecting insertion, appears to be failing to sense when the legs are cut and is triggering the error.

This is the common problem for RH6 m/c.You need to check of the following: 1)Make sure the spiral corl is secure properly especially near to detection amplifier box 2)you may try to fine tuning the sensibility VR on the detection card. 3)change the t

Does anyone know of or have a copy of the communications protocol that the Panasert RH2 or RH6 machines use? Alternatively is there a software package that can be used to talk to these machines? Thanks
