Panasonic offline recognition machine

Electronics Forum | Fri Jan 12 15:14:37 EST 2018 | dhollland

Does anyone have any experience with the Panasonic offline recognition machine? If so, thoughts? Would you recommend? Pros and cons? We would be using this with NPM W2 machines...and possibly CM402 machines if possible to use with both.

Pick and placement forces

Hi, I am an Engineering student doing some research on the component/nozzle interface on SMT Pick and Place machines. Could anyone tell me the force at which the nozzle hits the component as it is picked from the feeder or the placement force on a

Hi Ams, I often cringe when I read replys like the ones you got. I will give 'chris' the benefit of the doubt in that he is sincere in his response. However, there are people posting here with agendas to sell specific equipment. Without knowing

AMS, Are you aware that you will have to purchase several types of insertion equipment for different part types? You will need an axial inserter, radaial and DIP inserter to cover the gamut of thru-hole insertion. Even then you may not cover oddba

Hi, It should get you at least a 1997 machine, but the age isn't as critical as the UPS level - you want at least 3.2.3. They are good machines & are well built, and at least comparable with any other second user machines (although not in the Fuji/

Don't forget the three year Juki warrenty. I worked for a company that got great deals on Panasonics after the last big downturn.

SMT placement machines. Where are we going ?

I am not sure on Panasonic or Assembleon. Last I heard, Universal was getting ready to be liquidated. I haven't used DEK printers. Vitronics ovens are very nice. We have 3 XPM2's and an XPM1. They are work horses.
