Cutting 24 mm Feeder Tape

Hello, We are experiencing a little problem of cutting feeder tape. When ever we place two or more 24 mm feeders together, the cutter on the machine will partialy cut the adjoining tape, or pull it out of sequence. The machine is a Panasonic MSR,

Yes 0402 8X4 embossed feeders exist for Panasonic MSR, Universal GSM, Contact Systems, and Mimot for sure. In the old days of 0402 components, 0402 resistors used to come in 8X4 paper tape but now I think most 0402 resistors and capacitors come in 8

Panasonics are good machines as long as you do the proper and timely PM's they recommend. Plus with my past history and from others that I here, their feeders are some of their biggest down fall. That's typically why they have to introduce new style

I know this isn't a choice from what I'm reading, but we use to kill LED boards with an old Panasonic MSR. Our newer CM-602 and NPM could not beat the speed when you're talking about a max of 3 different part numbers; depending on binning. My .02 .
