| I'm planning to introduce selective point-to-point soldering for pwb. This is due to various needs: PIHs assy on double IR, for example. I think the most suitable solution is a point-to-point soldering, 'cause we're still having small lot/many type

Laser selective solder machine

A thorough analysis is in order because laser point-to-point soldering lacks the flexibility of the bottom sided miniwave systems. My experience showed that heating profiles could be grossly affected by color temperature and thermal mass. This can be

Low end selective laser soldering systems are limited to what types of soldering can be performed. I have read through the previous comments and find that most have commented on earlier technologies (which do not offer the features today's system do)

hello guys ; we are using some standard selective wave soldering unit used in lined ; the drawback of a such machine is 1/the speed which is quiet low (the board is coming on position through the conveyor, then the head delivering the solder moves s

Trouble selective soldering fine pitch connectors

Electronics Forum | Thu Dec 06 12:37:14 EST 2012 | deanm

We are having difficulty with bridging on a 2x50 pin 0.050" fine pitch connector using our selective soldering machine. It usually bridges at the end of the row, but sometimes it bridges all the pins together as it drags across (solid bridging). I
