A little oil on the dough, then the pizza sauce, then the toppings. Next place it in the reflow oven using a standard leaded reflow profile, might have to slow down the belt a bit. Should turn out a tasty pizza. ;-)

I've been wondering if a reflow oven would work well for cooking pizza. Put your frozen pizza on a cookie sheet, slow your belt speed down a bit and run it through. Anyone ever tried that? :-)

Do you have the thermal profile? Once I invited my nephew to my work and saw the reflow oven and saw how it work and the first questions was : "can we make a pizza uncle?" :o) I always try to do just that even with a small amount of dough :o)
