When the camera moves to the bord stop position, or to the fiducial position, the following message appears "Axis camera error - out of time" some indication on how to solve the problem? Thanks

Anyone have experience or advice to help prevent SMT reed switches from being blow out of position during re-flow? We are using a Heller 1707 MK 3. Is it possible to adjust air flow in the oven or do we need to glue before placement??

Have you taught the tray position in correctly, I dont know that particular machine but you normally teach in 3 positions. When you have done this have you re-optimised?

CP6/7 feeders are mechanical indexing machines, and the springs, cams etc wear over time leading to misfeeds & increased attrition. You can just strip & repair but especially on the 8x2 feeders the pick up position is critical. John, I'd check with
