In XP142E very often we are exprencing the R Axis Servo error. When we reduce the Speed to 0.5 it becomes OK. Any body can give solution for this.

Yes we do. I've done the R-axis sensor calibration multiple times in the past few weeks due to FNC Nozzle sensor errors, as well as R-axis errors. Do you suggest i go through the entire process of the Head Assembly Calibration? From section 15-1 thru

Hi! Try to make "R_AXIS_ACCURACY" calibration for all of FNC heads for back camera only. I met such problem on Topaz-X. There was clearly seen offset on 0.8mm pitch components. I simply calibrated all cameras for FNC nozzles and problem disappeared.
