There are one value for thickness during PCB-teach function which is the PCB thickness. The other one is the camera focus in machine option but it is a dangerous function because the camera focus is adjusted by raising/lowering table.

Yes if you adjust the thickness to be thin than the machine raise the PCB more to the stencil - than the foil have better tension but it string out faster.

there are numerous factors: -stencil age -stencil finish and thickness -stencil-board vertical alignment -board support -squeegee pressure -squeegee blade material and condition question here is did stencil changed its dimension over time? ar

Try raising the table in Calibrate mode. Sensor or Tactile connector could be contacting the underside of the rails and overloading the axis. Check for 24V on the Z-axis brake. Check the fuse(F5) and voltage to the driver. Check DIP switch settin

I am interested to know if you solved this problem. We are experiencing something similar. The table is the first node in the CAN chain. As I see the structure, the CAN starts from the Nextmove ES card, goes first to the table driver and continues to

They take the place of the tooling pins. They magnetically attach to the table. Board comes in, table raises, Red-E-Set supports the board, prints, done. You just have to do the initial setup before running. We bought 4 units for each machine. J

There is also plastic link on the shaft that raises your Z-Table that may have come lose or broken. Is the Z-Table able to move up and down in Supervisor mode?

Got a used mpm up2000. It gives z axis hardware limit warning when trying to teach vision. The board raises to camera then drops back down. However when loading a board for tooling, the board stays raised up. The z table can be manually raised up n d

If you are running FR4 PCBs and not something exotic like Kapton flex circuits, I would go with the Dek 265 any day of the week. You will find that Dek supports the fully automatic printer much better than the semiautomatic printers like the 260, 24

You are correct in understanding that the vision system comes into play for subsequent boards- to align them. Yes- if you missalign the first board and set the cameras to that board, all subsequet boards will not be aligned. Mylar is a thin polyester
