Any one using samsung machines, CP40, CP50? I have a 24MM feeder that has 8MM pitch as lowest setting and I need to go to 4MM pitch. Any thoughts as to how I can achieve this? CP40/50 pushers are set for 1 push and higher. Thanks in advance

Although I don't have the same model machine (ours is Samsung CP45FV) our Vib feeder had a "transportation" screw or strap (it was a few years ago) fitted that you need to remove before it vibrates properly. Ours has a on/ off switch on the feeder

About 12 years ago, this forum was hugely helpful in guiding me to get a Philips CSM84, with no vision. (That might have been a mistake.) Now, I'm moving to smaller parts, especially TSSOP and QFP with 0.5 mm pitch, and the CSM just isn't accurate

Hey folks... been reading the threads here the last couple of weeks and don't seem to be getting any smarter (and given my level of ignorance about this equipment, I was sure I could only go up from here...). I've been an independent design engineer
