Anybody out there know of a good (2nd) source to purchase single magnetic board supports used on quad/samsung machines. These are spring loaded and contact the underside of the board in the pick n place machine

likely something loose in the z or theta axis. Motor overruns and is corrected but goes too far then gets corrected back. it sets up an vibration and can make a lot of noise. best guess is that the spring is broke in the z rack.

Hi Kathy i had the same issue yesterday and find that a spring is not ok. and i also clean the sensors this was fixing the problem for me.

yes, in old age Z motors do fail on the machine. also, the spring I am talking about is in the rack assembly. there is a split gear which engages the motor gear and it has a spring which maintains constant engagement with the gear. it is small and
