We assume you're talking about scratches of the solder mask. One possible cause is: poor handling by stacking several boards on top of another and then moving them around, most often when carrying the stack of boards from one work station to another.

PCB BOARD - After removal of the BGA from the PCBA. In the midst of removal of the solder at the PCB, the green mask was scratched. If we do not repair the green mask, the whole board will have to be scrapped. Which repair kit do you recommend. W

You want to make it from scratch? Design the circuit, do the layout, and make the PCB, then populate it? You can't make the raw boards at home. What are you studing at uni?
