You need to find out what Speedline recomends for lubrication and use it (chain oil and screw shafts). Don't try to be clever or cheap by second sourcing your own concoction. Currently I am using: Tribol for the chain Krytox for the screw shaft

I should read this closer before I post it. It should read "Lead" paste not "Led" paste. This is grease for the screw shaft that brings the rails in/out on the reflow oven.

Possibly a loose grub screw on one of the shafts controlling rotation or the sensor ot gray code wheel on the rotation servo motor. or even a small fault in the program eprom, Good luck sarason

DAX ! You don't need to remove the entire shaft assembly to clean the clutches. You can just drop the top portion of the spline out to get to them. It seems as if you have already taken off several shafts. I would HIGHLY reccomend that you do not

The only thing left is the read head. Older read heads tend to 'weaken' with age. Sometimes some engineers will shim them up closer to the scale using a 10 mil shim. You could also swap them between gantries...i dont think they are to tough to get to
