For me it looks like a sales issue. Having more operators would probably not help them meet their metric. If you cannot meet or defeat a metric, switch metrics. (said tongue in cheek)

We do not use a Victronics selective solder but we you activ8 102 stainless steel flux from worton metals for our nozzles. Hope this helps.

We are looking into selective solder machines and would like any comments on the electromagnetic style pumps. They look much easier to maintain but do they perform well ?
