Hi, I don't know what you mean by really odd parts. Are they SMT parts that have a flat surface to pick them up? If so, probably several machines can do it. I know for sure Siemens can place almost anything. THey will help you with any type of nozzl

With the Siemens line computer it is possible to see what the maximum placements per hours should be for any given job/setup. After you optimize the job you should check that and see how you perform against that number. In many cases the placements

Look into a used Siemens F-4 or F-5. These machines can be had for a reasonable cost, they are easy to maintain, the footprint is small (7' X 7.5') and they are simple to program. These machines have a 12 nozzle "Star" revolving placement head for

My advice for what it is worth. Your description of the problem at first glance suggests a communication problem, now is it the bus, the SMT machine or the PC. The bus could have a short or an open. The PC could have a dud controller card. or so co
