Whoa dude- I got stoked when I read your 411 'cuz my first thought was that any EXPERIENCED waverider knows that SEXWAX is the only thing that keeps your board slick while running the pipeline. You are way cool, party on dude!!!

If I am reading the spec right it puts down 32,000 parts per hour. Looks pretty slick, not much info on the website though and could only get a 1 page spec sheet from Fuji.

Does anybody have a slick way to hold down large inductors? Like 2 to 3 inches in diameter. There must be something better than ty-wraps and RTV.

Dave Try Transair Legris, They have a pretty slick system which will compare in cost to your black pipe but offers many advantages and it is clean.

Thank you Grayman. We use selective point now but I believe our throughput will be increased with a selective wave system on one of the two main boards we run. I will see if I can pull up slicks / more information on the machines you recommended.

I would look into Low Pressure Overmolding for this application. Seems like it would be a good fit and would seem to be far less costly. Check out: http://moldmanmachines.com/ I have no stake in the above company, but I have researched the process a

I brought all the major players machines in house and tried them. VisiConsult was the best hands down. Extremely simple GUI..no adjusting to get correct counts. The counting cloud feature is also a very slick tool. Support is 5 star.

Looking for feedback from anyone who uses the wireless KIC2000 profiler. We just got one and so far it works pretty well. We've been able to lower thermal settings on every profile looked at. The optimizing capability is slick but it sucks up 9V DC
