Does anyone know of any good profile prediction software for free, trial or on the market that is not coupled with hardware. We want to specify the environment, paste, board and oven etc variables and have the software suggest the best cavern temper

There are many profilers(physical devices) on the market. Most of them have software that makes predictions based on information about the paste, oven model...., but I wouldn't trust the predictor as on your boards you will have different parameters

Call Heller directly, and give them the oven, and relative thermal density of the board, as well as the solder paste that you're using. They'll be able to give you a baseline profile to start from (both RTS and RSS). Otherwise, use a thermocouple p

I had a PDR Lightmaster Pro at the last place I worked at, and I thought it was the best rework station I've ever used. Not only because of the fact that no nozzles were needed, but the heat delivery from the focused IR light was superb. I don't know

We run double sided boards that have large SMT electrolytic caps on the top side using the same profile for both sides. The trick is to do the bottom side first, then the top side. That way you do not need to glue down the large caps.
Main Products: 1. Original new and Original Used SMT/AI Spare Parts. 2. SMT Equipments And Related Machine( SMT Calibration, SMT Feeder Carts,Conveyer etc.) 3. Maintenace and Repair Service Pre-Sales Service Provide details ab
