I am working on an acrylic coating with solid content around 30%, I want to control the coated thickness to be 1 mil exactly. Any experience on this. Best regards.

The solid content of 1B73 is too low, especiall when you add large amount of thinner, not easy to get enough coating thickness.

What is the solids content of your solder? 50%??? Then, theoretically, if the aperture is 1:1, you'll have 2 thou of solder on your pads.
