Does anyone know if it is possible to change the distance that the squeegees travel? What i mean is... Is it possible to change where the squeegees start and stop during a print? Our squegees seem to stop right at the edge of the apertures and this

Yes it is "Print Front Limit" and "Print Rear Limit". Negative value extends the stroke, Depends on software version how useful it will be, as there are differing limits on how much you can extend the stroke. http://www.dekhead.com

When it quits printing correctly.... replace it. No, it is not after a certain number of squeegee strokes. The only way that could possibly be calculated is if your squeegee blade parameters never varied.

A stencil prints thousands of apertures in one squeegee stroke. Stencils can be bought for less than 200.00 Even in a prototyping application I cannot see where a machine like that could be cost effective.

Hi All, Does anyone know how to repair a UP2000 that has the front squeegee lower than the rear? Can this be fixed by playing with the drive belts? The front squeegee is sitting lower than the rear and thus gives an uneven print stroke. The front s
