Hi, I don;t thing there is an overtemperrature sensor. Just the thermocpouple returns a higher temp(voltage) to the controller and your software goes to alarm, cooldown or what ever it does. Emil

We used to do this, but we dont any more. Never found something with the Mole. We have had 2 blowers come to a halt due to stuck bearings, but that was easely spotted without a check. (Temperature alarm and Huge whining noise)

i have one problem here with BTU TRS-14. we encounter Over temperature Alarm trigger when run lead free product. our profiling peak temp is 230 degree's and the temperature set point at zone 4 top/bottom is 260 degree's. can any help on this issue

Check your "over temperature module" for both top and bottom zones when the alarm is active, there is a bank of LED's on the bottom of this module. Monitor it to find out if the same zone keeps activating the alarm, if so check your TC for that zone.
