I've bought conveyor belts from Michigan Industrial Belting. http://www.mibelting.com They were able to make some custom belt sizes for me that I couldn't find anywhere else.

Look at http://www.habasit.com. They sell the belt and the tools to cut and join the ends. I remember looking into this several years ago and the cost of the tooling was so high that it didn't make sense for us to make our own belts.

We have multuiple pcb transport conveyors that use the 10mm wide flat green blets on either edge. Does anyone know of a kit to purchase where we could make our own or a company that supplies different sizes? Thanks

UP 2000 is a good printer. Spares are normal - blades, stencil/board light bulbs, the over head flourecent, get new conveyor belts. Take the cover off the tactile sensor and make sure it's clean also. Other than that it should be a work horse.

You have to loosen the tension on both sides of the drive belt and skip a tooth or two until the cenveyor is parrallel. You'll have to grip the belt tight on one of the drive gears then force the other gear to rotate inside the belt on the other end
