Moisture has done this to me in the past. Try baking a few QFPs first and then place and reflow. I had to remove them from the tape and reel and place them from a tray - but it was moisture related.

I have about 200 PCB's from which a 20mil pitch QFP must be removed, cleaned and re-used (will place them back in trays for the P&P machine to place the parts on new boards). My intitial concern is: how can we remove the parts in an efficient manner?

The Juki 2060 can have both front and rear trolleys and you do not loose any feeder locations. My question was why can't the Assembleon put trolley on the rear? I recently visited a friend at a company that used a lot of Assembleon and compared run
