Hi, I need help with our MPM UP2000, the stencil and the lamp boards won't turn off completely, they are both on at the same time. Turning it on would only make it brighter, turning it off will just lose the brightness but the lamps are still on. I h

Thank you, but as I said before, is there a way to do this WITHOUT adding skip marks? We need a global setting that will affect all our existing programs.

In that case, please consider one block skip mark, the same first sequence for all programs, view some feature of the X-Y table, not the PCB, that way, its just a habit. I will look into preventing advance pick, not sure if it is possible.

Or else, as Dman may have been pointing to, duplicate the first fid sequence, and use it as the block skip mark, if found, then the next sequence is the fid it already found as a block skip mark....

In Fuji flexa, under the machine configuration tab. Panel and Board mark reading order should be set to SKIP MARK. (this only works if you have the skip mark active in your fiducial list)If it is set to FIDUCIAL MARK, then the machine will ALWAYS pic

We do a lot of low volume prototypes and several boards that have have cut outs or fixtures that dont always reliably stop squarely at the in carrier (beveled corners). This sometimes results in a fid read error, because the fid wont be in the search

No they weren't added, never been serviced. The top legs don't have that hard wire exposed,just the bottom 2. It seems when the connection broke {bad solder failed from TV being turned on and off going from heat to cold ?} them jumper wires appear
