This is for a specific type of CP43 feeder. It does not work on CP6 feeders. You also have to have the base it bolts onto, the standard, and the calibration tapes.

I just checked a hand full of scrap nozzles and the scuffing is usually on the right or left of the needle. If you have the cross pin facing you and looking down on the nozzle most of the scuffing or wear was on the left side, sometimes on both sides

Suck it and see, start at a 3V pulse, then a 5V pulse, then a 12V pulse, time is not likely to be that critical but a few milliseconds should do! sarason
