You should be using the diagram on page 4. 9pin to 25 pin. Flexa settings should be set to NT C/C. You have to make sure that the COM settings in windows are set correctly for the USB adapter you are using. Whatever COM port windows assigns to the US

I formatted with the FORMAT / s command or moved the system with the SYS command - system files are visible. Partition created and active. I ordered the PCMCIA adapter (PCI) only today - USB adapters do not support all cards.

I'm not familiar with your machine but is it possible that this dll file is looking for a security dongle of some kind ? This might be a small USB key, a USB device installed on one of the internal headers on the motherboard or something on a serial/

Pull the hard drive out and use a USB to IDE adapter to copy the whole hard drive onto another computer. I do this with my reflow oven and screen printer. It works very well.
