Hello all, I have a problem with the wave 6622c . The temperature of solder pot and preaheating zones 1 and 2 is not increasing. the strange thing is that the machine is not display no error. Can you help me with some advices?? regards

I've never had that particular problem with our machine, but I do know that if the CB pop for whatever reason the machine doesn't give an error. So I would check those, if you haven't yet. Also under options you can do an element check, see if that

Florin, Not sure if this will be helpful or not, but I have completed a couple of pot height retrofits for these waves and I seemed to remember that one of my clients spilled some solder and shorted out the 24vdc power supply. I am pretty sure this

Yes, it's fine - as Pete says you have to replace certain parts & either get the pot recoated or a new one. We ran a "Lead free" 6622C from Vitronics Soltec on Tin Lead, then it was cleaned up, recoated and loaded with a no-lead alloy with no proble
