Mydata is just about the easiest machine I have seen for looking after yourself & operating. There's nothing really wrong with the assemblion stuff, and it's been around a while under a variety of names but it's not as Billy & Jonny simple as a Myda

You may want to contact MYDATA on that issue. It may be something wrong with your software version. Perhaps they hvae already fixed this problem.

You should contact MYDATA service department and see what advise their phone support people can offer. You may not be doing the process correctly (wrong calibration boards, etc...)
