Representing IPC, Mikel Williams, president and CEO of DDi Corp. and chairman of the IPC Government Relations Committee, testified on February 7 before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs to underscore the importance of clear and appropriate U.S. export controls on printed circuit board (PCB) designs for sensitive military technologies.
