Erhard Hofmann is general manager and founder of AdoptSMT GmbH in Grödig near Salzburg (Austria). Throughout the last 20 years the company has shaped into a renowned supplier of spare parts, consumables and pre-owned equipment for the electronics manufacturing industry.
