Where can I find laminates containing non-halogenated PCB? I'm especially interested in FR-4 and CEM-3, 1.6 mm 25um. Thanks in advance! Dr. Lennart Johansson Polymer Support

Why do you want to go to WARP? I hope someone did not suggest WARP was the answer to some problem. I don't think you will have any trouble upgrading to WARP.

Igmar: Chrys and JAX make good points. I'd like to add that you should be careful that you don't starve larger chip components of solder when using a 4 thou stencil.

my topside preheat is 97 deg. C and my peak temp. is 230 deg. C with a duration of 4 secs. What would be my Delta ? I suppose 230 minus 97 is equal to 133 deg C...is that right? regards

Khalid, Just from experiance the actual would be 0.4mm but the inspection size would be 0.3mm. This should not matter since you should be able to pull up the spec sheets on any part you place.( All you need is the Vendor and the manufacting part numb

I would like informnation regarding this high heat withstanding type material for PCB, also any other types that are compatible. We currently use FR4 but have an application that may require most advanced composition.
