Electronics Forum | Mon Oct 09 14:30:44 EDT 2006 | Brian

I agree with Chunks. Programming was much simpler. The 2D inspection is much better on MPM. I didn't have to use offsets on the MPM or the DEK very often, but did more on teh DEK. I didn't like the front justified stencils on the DEK. I also did

| My printer evaluation has come down to the Fuji GP-6 or the Dek 265LT. I'm looking for experienced opinions on both of these options, we're currently running an older vintage Dek 265 printer that gives us constant electronic system problems. The v

If you are running FR4 PCBs and not something exotic like Kapton flex circuits, I would go with the Dek 265 any day of the week. You will find that Dek supports the fully automatic printer much better than the semiautomatic printers like the 260, 24

Dear Mr. Jeff, Our SMT room are using the DEK288 and MPM2030 Printers at the same time. We found the similar problem also as mentioned by MR.JOHNW. We analysis it was mainly caused by the PCB metal fixture used in DEK288. The PCB metal fixture is

Dave, Are you using The DEK plastic stencils with the 3906 or stainless steel? When we were using stainless steel, just about anything worked. It seems that the process for cleaning these *%#*&@" plastic stencils is either the best kept secret in

DEK ELA?

Electronics Forum | Fri Aug 09 14:38:56 EDT 2002 | burb1999

Any one using/used a DEK ELA? I have used the DEK 265GSX so just wondering differences (sure I could look it all up but...) now if I had a choice what would I want a used 265GSX or new ELA? I believe the camera on the ELA is better than the GSX and

DEK Pump Print Process

Electronics Forum | Mon Oct 21 10:05:53 EDT 2002 | John S

We just started using DEK's pump print process on a high volume SMT line. We are using Hereaus 955. It works well for most components, but we have an issue with missing/partial glue dots on large diameter deposits (0.050"). The stencil will be com
