Not to be funny, but can't you use a dishwasher ? They are cheap. The only worry there may be water spots, but if you blow your boards dry with an air hose I think they will be OK.

The secondary (primary to some) concerns are what you put into the waste stream and how you treat it, and what the chemistry of your residues does to the seals on your machine.

Se�or Tech If you want clean board using a dish waher, you must run deionized water. If you run DI water through a dishwasher, it will cut through those flimsy pipes like fire driven by Sana Anna Winds through dry brush.

All, I would like to find out if it is possible to adjust the cooling rate on a Conceptronic Reflow Oven Model HVN70. We do not use Nitrogen and the Cooloing system is Genesis GCM-1. From profiling it seems to be cooling too quickly. Any replies a

I'm not familiar with the HVN70 programming but our conceptronic oven reacts well to adjusting the cooling fan speed at the end of the oven. However, TAL will likely be affected substantially by changing fan speed.

I will probably be having a conference call with Qualectron about the Shindenshi AOI machine. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this machine. Especially if the newer one is notably different than the ESV-304.
