Page 43 in the datasheet is giving you all detail how the stencil should look like...if this is what you need to do. Page 42-43 shows the geometry of the part and recommended land pattern for the PCB ...if this is what you need.

Is there any chance that the boards were mechanically stressed (for instance, installed in a fixture) before, during, or after the testing? I'm just looking for other possible root causes.

How wide is this board? I ask because if it's not terribly wide, you might just be better off attacking the problem with the profile rather than attacking the board conveyor design.

Would a sealed cabinet injected with nitrogen which has also passed through dessicant provide ideal storage ? ..dry and little oxygen..

Hello, what is the difference between the TP9-2 and the TP11-UFP? The TP11-UFP is larger, can it do something more than the TP9-2 except placing more components?
