What adaptable PCB support system do people recommend for use in pick and place machines when processing double sided assemblies? - Grid-lok, vacunest, red-e-set?

I would recommend either gridlock or machine's own support system. If you need I can refer you to a company, which can make you a custom gridlock, depending of course, where you is your company.

I have a K&S 7500 dicing saw with an error code. It reads (F005 system environment is not correct-reinstall system). There is no more support for this machine and I would like to find some help with my problem

If the package of both parts is the same and the Pin layout is the same you can replace it.

It could be a blown fuse on the power distribution panel or a failed power supply. Check the power distribution board in the front lower center of the machine. There are 11 LEDs on the board and 10 should be ON
