Is this a thru hole via or a blind via? What is the hole diameter? If blind, how deep is it?

I'm hoping to find someone out there who has some no clean, 93.5 PB, 3 SN, 1.5 AG, .015 Diameter. If you have some and are willing to part with it please let me know.

Indium has some alloys that are very close to this but not exactly. You may want to contact them if nothing shakes loose from here. www.indium.com Russ

This is a perculiar alloy. Usually, the portions of each metal in the alloy sum to 100. Yours sums to 98. Could you be seeking 93.5Pb 5Sn 1.5Ag? It is more available.

We don't know anything about your Mentor BOM Explorer, but we spoke with some Mentor folks at the SMTA International Exhibit about their MES software product. Try: Suzanne Graham, Mentor Graphics Corporation, 8005 Sw Boeckman Rd, Wilsonville, Oregon
