It looks to me that you might have a poorly etched/polished stencil. Also, I would check separation speed and distance.

I agree, and also, assuming you have SPI (if the solder paste roll is measured by laser) the SPI should not fail a board for such amount of missing paste.

Possibly blocked air lines did you check air pressure? Also drivers on the relevant boards. or simply damage in the flexible wiring harness( a nightmare) sarason

Also, sometimes placing heads "skip" some rotation - component is little skewed on board but vision shows "correct" numbers. Probably some mechanical error ?
