What is the best aperture opening for micrBGA with 0.8 mm ball pitch and 16 mils ball diameter?The pad size on the PCB is 12 mils.

Hi Jax, The microbga discussed earlier in the forum is mounted on 16 mils pad whereas mine is on 12 mils pad. Can I use the same aperture opening ?Please advise.

Does anyone know what the min-max plating thickness for HASL is? Is there a specification that defines this requirement? We have had problems with PCB's that have excessive solder plating on the pads. This wreaks havok with our QFP's. Any help would
