Panasert tech support is 800 308 0891. It is 24 /7 and offers pretty good service. On the MV100 I'd ask for Pete Turner.

We're looking for a source of SMT links (Jumpers) 8mm - 10mm(.312in -.4in)long, capable of being placed by Panasonic MV2 series or MPA machines. Does anyone manufacture a feeder that creates links on demand?

Thanks Dave, we already use zero ohm resistors. What we're looking for is a flexible (bendable) jumper.

I read my posting again, and it didn't sound right....what I meant was slow down your conveyor speed BY .5 to 1 FPM. So, if you're running @ 4 FPM, slow it down to 3.0 to 3.5 FPM.

Hi Ashok, Is there any rework process on those assembl./PWB ..if yes --what kind of tools are your operators using now ...brush? spudger? cloths (is it lint free?) ect. I hope you are not talking about nodules in the hole barrel. Regards Kc.

Joe: That's what we do ... when the trend line is downward and below 40C we start thinking. Apparantly, that's exactly what you do, except it's a matter of degree. Good luck. Dave F

Erhard, I am not sure what you mean. I believe bulk case placement only refers to C's & R's. Even then placing only 0603 and 0805. I assume you are talking about larger parts since you mention trays???
